US TROPICAL UPDATE

After 40 days of persistent rain across the Northeast caused by remnants the of hurricane Irene and tropical storm Lee sweeping from the Gulf, we are now forecasting a period of calmer tropical conditions across the US since MJO (Madden Julian Oscillation) models suggest less favourable conditions for storm formation until the end of the month.
In fact, the coming weeks are expected to be cooler than normal across many parts in the US especially across the Northeast where the first frost of the season shall already develop.
