TEMPERATURE
It has been a normal winter across most areas but it has been remarkably cold across the border between Chile and Argentina and cooler than normal across most populated regions in Argentina and across Uruguay.
PRECIPITATION
No major anomalies have been reported except in the Northern Andes where it has been snowier than normal.
